Clinical Supervision
Supportive. Structured. Culturally responsive.
A supervision experience designed to strengthen your clinical confidence, ethical practice, and professional identity.
Supervision is more than a requirement. It is a space for growth, reflection, and professional alignment.

Supervision is offered virtually across Virginia.

Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Residents
LPC clinical supervision at Wellness Boutique is designed to support residents as they continue developing their clinical judgment, professional identity, and therapeutic presence. Supervision offers a space to thoughtfully examine clinical work, strengthen case conceptualization, and build confidence in navigating complex client concerns.
Residents are encouraged to reflect on their clinical approach, explore ethical considerations, and expand their ability to support clients with intention and care. The supervision process fosters professional growth while helping clinicians cultivate clarity, confidence, and a grounded approach to their work

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Residents
LMFT clinical supervision at Wellness Boutique offers a reflective space for residents to strengthen their work with couples and families. Supervision centers on understanding relationship patterns, family systems, and the ways individuals are shaped by the dynamics around them.
Residents are supported in developing stronger clinical insight, navigating complex relational concerns, and refining their ability to guide couples and families toward healthier communication, connection, and stability. The supervision experience encourages thoughtful practice, ethical decision-making, and the continued development of a confident clinical voice.

Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC) Supervisees
CSAC clinical supervision at Wellness Boutique provides a supportive and structured space for residents to grow in confidence, strengthen clinical skills, and deepen their understanding of substance use disorders. Through reflective discussion and practical guidance, supervision focuses on assessment, relapse prevention, stages of change, and effective approaches for supporting individuals and families navigating recovery. The goal is to help residents develop into thoughtful, ethical clinicians who provide compassionate and effective care.
